This home actually has two separate 4 bedroom apartments- each of the two units features 4 bedrooms, full kitchens and laundry rooms & separate verandas .The units are connected by both an internal & external stairs. They can be rented together or separately
(11B is the lower level and 11A is the top floor)
Unit 11B (The lower floor) has 4 bedrooms. This a living room with two sofas and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There are three full baths and a separate laundry room. Covered balconies run the length of both sides of the house with balcony access from each of the king bedrooms.
Sleeping configuration:
King in the first bedroom with attached bath, King in second bedroom with attached bath, King in third bedroom with attached shared Jack & Jill bath. two double beds in forth bedroom with attached shared Jack & Jill.
Home is pet friendly with prior approval and payment pet fee.
Smoking of any kind is never allowed.
You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)

- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
